Walden savings bank announces new branch leadership and customer experience roles

Walden Savings Bank (WSB) has announced the appointment of four employees into key leadership roles, recognizing their experience, performance and commitment to customers.
Three employees have stepped into newly established market manager positions. Each will continue to oversee a home branch location while also providing leadership and oversight for additional branches.
Among those promoted to market manager is Alicia Roe, a results-driven banking professional with more than 25 years of experience developing and managing branch sales and service programs. Roe has a proven record in employee training, operations, process improvement and customer service.
Also named as market manager is Angela Ellis, who has more than 20 years of experience overseeing daily bank operations and leading high performing teams. Ellis has consistently delivered strong customer satisfaction while supporting business growth through financial insight, effective leadership and long-term relationship development.
Leonel Soriano has also stepped into the role of market manager. With a background in retail banking leadership, employee development, operations and sales, Soriano is recognized for fostering positive employee relations, building team accountability and engagement, and meeting business goals.
Amy Minutolo has taken on the role of customer experience manager, a recently created position overseeing the Bank’s centralized customer service operations. This strategic position is responsible for delivering consistent, exceptional customer experience, while driving improvements through data analysis and technology optimization.
Minutolo has extensive experience in banking, business development and administration and is recognized for leading teams proactively, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving operational excellence across all service channels.
