Derrik R. Wynkoop Receives Leadership in Community Service Award

Walden Savings Bank is proud to celebrate our President & CEO, Derrik R. Wynkoop, who was honored with the Leadership in Community Service Award at this year's SUNY Orange Foundation & Alumni Engagement Leadership Awards.

Presented in memory of Dawn Ansbro, the late Executive Director of the SUNY Orange Foundation, the award recognizes individuals whose dedication, compassion, and commitment have made a lasting impact on the community. Receiving an award established in Dawn's memory makes this recognition especially meaningful, as it celebrates a legacy of service that continues to inspire others.

Throughout his career, President Wynkoop has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to strengthening the communities Walden Savings Bank serves. His leadership extends beyond banking, reflecting a genuine passion for supporting local organizations, fostering community partnerships, and creating opportunities that improve the quality of life throughout the Hudson Valley.
